The presentation of the buffet includes a variety of small dishes that are freshly prepared from the Big Green Egg. Altogether, these dishes form a whole menu to fill your afternoon and/or evening program!
Live cooking can be arranged for 50 or more persons. If you have fewer guests we can also provide this service with a surcharge.
